  Sometimes life can bring us unexpected loss, grief or disappointments that arise from circumstances such as mother, career transitions, or relationships. These experiences are inevitable, and  it is critical for our well-being that we learn how to navigate through the changes by seeking professional  help.  I am so proud of you for taking the first step towards your healing in journey. I understand it is not an easy choice to make but you are not alone. I am here to  help you navigate grief and loss that can arise from transitions such as being new to motherhood, career transitions, and leaving toxic relationships. 

   Working together, I can help you manage challenging life transitions, so that you begin to feel less overwhelmed or consume. We will develop healthy coping  strategies that will later become a natural way to cope with all of life's transitions.
